We at TTS have our own way of delivering our services to our customers in addition to adopting worldwide methodologies;

  • Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
  • Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)

  • CMMI

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. CMMI can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. It helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.

The benefits you can expect from using CMMI include the following:

  • Your organization's activities are explicitly linked to your business objectives.
  • Your visibility into the organization's activities is increased to help you ensure that your product or service meets the customer's expectations.
  • You learn from new areas of best practice (e.g., measurement, risk)

TTS road map is going towards becoming CMMI certified\level three (3) in the coming year.

  • AIM

Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) is an implementation methodology shows what tasks are required, what order they should be completed in, and what resources are required and provides deliverable templates for all the required tasks.

AIM defines business needs at the beginning of the project and maintains their visibility throughout the implementation. It defines internal, external, and time sensitive business events and maps each event to the responding business and system processes. Using this method, the client gains an accurate understanding of the business requirements that need to be focused on during the course of the implementation.

TTS is your choice when it comes to implementing projects. Implementation is our core package and any customization work is fully documented in a professional repository.
